The National Association of Specialty Pharmacy is pleased to announce a webinar presented by Brown & Fortunato, titled “New Year’s Resolutions: Key Issues for 2025.” Well…2024 is about to come to an end. This means that we can look ahead to 2025. This program will discuss the key legal issues that pharmacies will face in the next 12 months. Specifically, the program will focus on the following: (i) steps by federal and state governmental agencies and legislatures to install guardrails on activities of PBMs; (ii) pending and recently completed court cases that impact pharmacies; (iii) anticipated federal legislation affecting pharmacies; (iv) movement by pharmacies into the collaborative practice/clinical space; (v) responding to DEA investigations and inquiries; and (vi) providing value-added services to patients while avoiding prohibited beneficiary inducement.
