Nicholas P Gazda, PharmD, MS, BCPS, CSP, FNCAP is the Director of Pharmacy over oncology and infusion services at Cone Health in Greensboro, North Carolina. Nick completed his BS and PharmD at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill at the Eshelman School of Pharmacy. He completed a two-year PGY1/PGY2/MS Health-System Pharmacy Administration residency at Cone Health and MS in pharmacy administration in conjunction with the UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy. Nick has extensive experience in ambulatory pharmacy practice including oncology/infusion, specialty/community pharmacy, medication assistance and collaborative practice agreements. Nick’s professional interests include oncology and infusion services, ambulatory care, specialty pharmacy, pharmacy operations, and financial management.
