As a senior vice president at Moda, Chandra leads the organization’s pharmacy enterprise, innovation and client strategies. She has been instrumental in facilitating collaborative partnerships and building programs to inspire better care and healthier communities. In 2013, she pursued opportunities to elevate the practice of specialty pharmacy services for Moda Health members through the creation of Ardon Health Specialty Pharmacy. As Ardon’s founding president, Chandra provided the leadership and strategic direction to successfully propel the award-winning specialty pharmacy company forward. In 2017, she was recognized as one of Portland’s “Women of Influence” for her remarkable track record of healthcare innovation and meaningful community involvement. In 2021, Chandra led the launch of a start-up endeavor and the newest member of the pharmacy enterprise, Emerging Health, a full-service ambulatory care and home infusion company. Through board involvement and charitable giving, she has focused on promoting women in leadership and addressing the disparities in K-12 education. Chandra earned her Bachelor of Science degree in public health from Oregon State University, with an emphasis on health promotion and education. She has a Master of Business Administration degree in leadership management from George Fox University.
