Aleata Postell is an accomplished Senior Leader in Pharmacy Operations and Service Delivery for notable organizations including Aetna, Prime Therapeutics, AllianceRx Walgreens Prime, and Walmart. She is an expert at building and expanding pharmacy programs, leading start-ups of Specialty Pharmacies, creating strategies for business acquisitions and mergers, leading specialty pharmacy migrations, serving as an Executive Chair on steering committees, and growing profitable multi-billion dollar organizations while maintaining quality and positive client experience. She is a subject matter expert in pharmacy programs and all aspects of pharmacy operations from contact center, business planning, quality assurance, and service excellence
Outside of Aleata excelling in her corporate roles, she has a deep passion to develop and promote underprivileged youth and underrepresented communities. Her servitude is evident with her many years of mentorship serving high school juniors and seniors, college students, athletes, and minorities who are trying to pursue a higher education and secure scholarships. She ensures they are able to get the proper training and experience to foster their creativity, maturity and skills to close the gap for them to obtain gainful employment as young professionals. Not only has she been successful in her community and personal roles, but she has a strong desire for increasing diversity and inclusion in the workplace which she has proven by taking on mentees to groom them for senior leadership roles.
With Aleata’s heart and regard for people, we would be remiss not to mention the special care she takes with her own family including her husband of over 20 years and family of 3 boys (2 being a set of twins) and two daughters. She is also a sister, loving aunt, and caretaker of her mother. In her free time, she likes to hike new found trails, take mini vacations with her loved ones, or indulge in a good book.
Given all Aleata’s accomplishments, education, servitude, and genuine compassion for people, it is safe to say she is a phenomenal role model for those who know her and future generations to come.
