Meet Duane Morris, the second corporate member featured in the NASP May Spotlight. For well over two decades, Duane Morris’ Pharmacy Law Group has represented thousands of pharmacies including specialty, retail, home care, long-term care, compound and mail order pharmacies in all aspects involving their operations including: negotiating with pharmacy benefit managers for improved reimbursement rates for branded and generic drugs, resulting in millions of dollars in additional reimbursement; obtaining network status after being denied or excluded; overturning decisions by pharmacy benefit managers to terminate them from their networks;  responding to audits, appealing audits and successfully challenging audit results.
