PAN Foundation is a national organization dedicated to helping federally and commercially insured people living with life-threatening, chronic, and rare diseases with the out-of-pocket costs for their prescribed medications. Below are three of their foundations you and your organization might have interest in.
- The PAN Foundation’s chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) patient assistance fund provides a 12-month grant of $8,700 to pay for the deductibles, co-pays, and coinsurance costs associated with CLL treatment. The fund is currently open, and applications are accepted on a rolling basis.
- The PAN Foundation’s Philadelphia chromosome negative myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPN) patient assistance fund provides a 12-month grant of $8,500 to pay for the deductibles, co-pays, and coinsurance costs associated with MPN treatment. The fund is currently open, and applications are accepted on a rolling basis.
- The PAN Foundation’s Waldenstrom macroglobulinemia (WM) patient assistance fund provides a 12-month grant of $6,500 to pay for the deductibles, co-pays, and coinsurance costs associated with WM treatment. The fund is currently open, and applications are accepted on a rolling basis.
