New Distinction in Immunoglobulin Therapy Recognition from ACHC
ACHC is pleased to introduce the Distinction in Immunoglobulin Therapy, a new recognition for pharmacies that deliver immunoglobulin therapy in alignment with advanced clinical, operational, and safety expectations.
Developed in collaboration with the Immunoglobulin National Society (IgNS), this distinction recognizes organizations that demonstrate advanced clinical, operational, and safety practices in the delivery of immunoglobulin across care settings. It’s grounded in the IgNS Standards of Practice, a comprehensive, evidence-based framework for the safe and effective use of immunoglobulin therapy.
This distinction evaluates:
- Collaboration across the care team.
- Management of safety and tolerability.
- Processes that support consistent, appropriate immunoglobulin therapy.
As THE accreditation choice for pharmacy, ACHC designed this distinction to build on a strong accreditation foundation while providing a clear way to demonstrate quality, credibility, and leadership in immunoglobulin therapy.
