Lori is a healthcare leader with experience in the field as a pharmacist in the community setting and expertise in various areas of the pharmacy benefit management (PBM) and specialty pharmacy. During her 18 years at Humana/CenterWell, she has developed skills in working in the clinical review area, designing a quality program, and providing clinical support to our large commercial clients to mitigate spend and trend. Nine years ago, Lori joined the growing area of specialty pharmacy where she implemented clinical programs, advanced the data capabilities and developed a limited distribution process, to working with manufacturers to obtain these limited drugs for dispensing at CenterWell Specialty Pharmacy. In her current role as MVP, Pharmaceutical Manufacturer Relations, Lori is accountable responsible for driving pharmacy profitability through increased drug access and service, responsible for end-to-end contracting, and executing specialty strategy.
Prior to joining Humana, Lori worked at as a manager at Walgreen’s, where she served as a training store for new pharmacists and served serving customers for their retail needs for all medications. Lori earned her B. S. of in Biology at the University of Kentucky and her pharmacy degree at the University of Cincinnati. Lori also obtained her Certified Specialty Pharmacist (CSP) certification, which provides verifiable evidence of proficiency in specialty pharmacy.

Lori resides in Louisville, Kentucky with her husband, Kevin and three children, Isabel (22) who is attending graduate school for speech/language pathology at the University of Kentucky, Noah (21) who is a senior also at the University of Kentucky studying a double major in Marketing and Management and Ethan (21) who is also a senior at the University of Central Florida majoring in computer science. In her spare time, she loves cheering on the University of Kentucky wildcats during both basketball and football season, spending time with family and friends, reading and staying active.
