Lawmakers Warn RFK Jr. of Drug Price Talks’ Effect on Pharmacies

With the support of NASP member grassroots outreach to Capitol Hill, a letter signed by 25 Representatives was sent to HHS Secretary Robert J. Kennedy, Jr. and Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Administrator Dr. Mehmet Oz informing them of the serious challenges pharmacies will soon face with the Medicare Drug Negotiation program if needed changes are not made before January 2026.
