The Pharmacy Residency Program offers direct patient care opportunities across various clinical areas, along with leadership experience in specialty pharmacy, home infusion, 340B, industry and payer relations, and supply chain management. Each resident’s experience is customized to align with their individual interests and clinical skill development needs, with a strong emphasis on cultivating leadership and management abilities. Graduates of this residency program will be prepared for success as a specialty pharmacy leader capable of practicing in and overseeing specialty pharmacy services within a healthcare system.
