Invitation from CMS – October Pharmacy, Pharmacist, and Pharmacy-Related Group Monthly Technical Call

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) is inviting all pharmacy, pharmacist, and pharmacy-related groups to a call on the implementation of the Medicare Drug Price Negotiation Program. The call will be held on Wednesday, October 29, 2025, at 3:00 PM ET and will focus on Initial Price Applicability Year (IPAY) 2028 Final Guidance.

CMS is committed to greater transparency with our partners and the communities we serve. CMS created this forum to provide pharmacies, pharmacists, and pharmacy-related groups the opportunity to ask questions and provide feedback to CMS on issues related to the implementation of the Medicare drug price negotiation provisions of the law.

CMS encourages attendees to submit questions prior to the call no later than Monday, October 27, 2025, by emailing IRARebateandNegotiation@cms.hhs.gov and indicating “10/29 Discussion Question – Pharmacy” in the subject line.
