Distinguished Service Award Criteria

The Distinguished Service Award is presented to an individual who has provided outstanding leadership, and made sustained and important contributions to the advancement of the specialty pharmacy industry and to NASP organizationally.

EVALUATION CRITERIA

Nominees will be evaluated according to criteria in the following four categories:

NASP INVOLVEMENT (40%) 

LEADERSHIP (40%)

ADVOCATE (10%)

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT (10%) 

QUALIFICATIONS

Nominee must be a current NASP corporate or individual member in good standing.

SELECTION PROCESS

The NASP Membership Committee will use a blinded, unbiased, and weighted scoring process according to the defined evaluation criteria.

AWARD

The Distinguished Service Award will be presented at the inSPire2026 conference on September 23. The recipient will receive a trophy, complimentary 2027 conference registration, and recognition on the NASP website, in a press release, in The Advocate quarterly newsletter, social media, and other NASP communication materials.
