Responsibilities:
Overall leadership responsibilities for the strategic, financial and operational aspects of McKesson’s manufacturer relationships for branded pharmaceuticals (“Brand Buyside”) across the Full Line Wholesale (FLW) and Specialty Distribution (SD) channels. This portfolio represents over $300 Billion in annual WAC sales across 300+ manufacturers and includes all non-generic product categories such as brand, specialty, biosimilars, vaccines, blood and plasma products, rare and orphan. Furthermore, will help monitor changing industry dynamics and evolve McKesson’s distribution value proposition as manufacturers adapt their commercialization strategies and pursue innovative products and categories in their pipelines.
Experience:
Before joining McKesson in January 2024, Natalie was with Humana as Senior Vice President, CenterWell Specialty Pharmacy, where she had P&L responsibility for the $4 Billion+ specialty pharmacy business. Under her leadership, CenterWell Specialty Pharmacy was awarded NASP Specialty Pharmacy of the Year and also received the MMIT Specialty Pharmacy Patient Choice Award for two years in a row.
And prior to Humana, Natalie was at AstraZeneca for 28 years, where she had a breadth of leadership experiences across multiple facets of a pharma company, market access, sales, supply chain and brand. In her latest role, she led the US Market Access National Channel Account Team which had accountability for customer segments of full-line distribution, specialty distribution, retail pharmacy, specialty pharmacy, group purchasing organizations, dialysis organizations and buy & bill provider groups. Over her career, Natalie has built, developed, and evolved organizations with a focus on culture, enterprise and growth mindset, and strategic and operational excellence. Furthermore, she has developed and fostered relationships across the healthcare ecosystem with industry partners and is active with many healthcare associations
Volunteer:
Has served on the Board for the National Association of Specialty Pharmacy since 2019, and recently been added to the Executive Board effective January 2023. Additionally, she had served on the Board for the Delaware Chapter for Leukemia and Lymphoma Society from 2019 through 2022, was a member of Industry Relations Council for the Healthcare Distribution Alliance from 2019 through 2021 and has been and currently is a mentor as part of the Lerner Executive Mentoring Program at the University of Delaware since Fall of 2020.

Education:
Graduate of the University of Delaware with a B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering
Personal:
Natalie lives in Newark, Delaware with her husband, Chuck, and they are blessed with two children, Nadia (22) who is a Senior at the University of Delaware and Owen (19) who just started as a Freshman at the University of Alabama. And the family is complete with their 5-year-old English bulldog, Bo. In her spare time, she loves to spend as much time as she can at the Delaware beach with her family and friends, exercise, listen to country music and enjoys being an avid sports fan.
