NASP Submits Comments on CY 2027 Home Health and DMEPOS Policies

NASP submitted comments to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) on the CY 2027 Home Health proposed rule. As CMS works to expand Medicare coverage of external infusion pumps and associated drugs, NASP provides the specialty pharmacy perspective on what this expansion will mean for delivering complex therapies in the home. The comments also address Medicare provider enrollment policies, and the need for clear, workable requirements as specialty pharmacies navigate these changes.
