Jacob Jolly, PharmD, MMHC, CSP

With significant experience in specialty, retail, and hospital pharmacy, Jacob has held roles ranging from the front lines of patient care to leadership, business development, and professional consulting. He has a thorough understanding of the pharmaceutical landscape and pharmacy settings and brings a patient-centered approach to solving access challenges. Jacob is a leader in fostering strong partnerships between industry stakeholders and specialty pharmacy programs, with a focus on delivering optimal patient outcomes. 

Jacob is currently the Head of Pharmacy at Vaalia Health, a technology company which aims to address the problem of early discontinuation for specialty medications through the use of artificial intelligence and casual models. He also owns ResonateRx, a consultancy that can deliver advisory and strategic consulting services for the pharmacy and life sciences industries. 

Before his current roles, Jacob was a Principal Consultant at Blue Fin Group, a strategic consulting organization focused on creating valuable and sustainable commercial solutions for pharmaceutical manufacturers and other healthcare stakeholders. Prior to joining Blue Fin Group, Jacob served as the Director of Strategy and Market Access for the Specialty Pharmacy Program at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, where he developed the strategic direction for all specialty pharmacy related activities and provided oversight and guidance on trade relations, outcomes, research, and data analytics. 

Jacob has a track record of combining his insights with forward-facing concepts to develop unique solutions. His dedication to optimizing medication access and outcomes has led to his involvement in multiple national organizations and committees that drive the progression of pharmacy practice. Jacob lives in Nashville, TN with his wife and two boys.
