Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Instructions
To claim your CE credit, please follow the steps below. Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians, and Nurses have until October 8, 2025 to complete each session evaluation and claim CE credit.
Those claiming CLE credit have until September 21, 2025 .
The CE code (session access code enrollment key) will be announced at the end of each educational session. Please make note of each session’s code (codes are different for each session) as they will not be distributed later.
To receive CLE credit, attendees must complete the electronic Attendance Affidavit form including the Attendance Verification Codes announced during the presentations. CLE credit will be awarded only to those who return the form with the proper codes.
Pharmacist Continuing Education (CE) Credit
- Visit this website and log-in (upper right-hand corner)
- If you do not have an account, please click here and click on (log in) in the top right corner of the page, then “create new account” under “Is this your first time here?”. Complete your profile information and proceed to select the session(s) you would like to complete the evaluation for and claim CE credit.
- Select the session you would like to claim credit for. Enter the CE code in the box labeled “Session access code enrollment key”. Note: All pharmacist sessions are in the Course Categories “NASP 2025 Conference Evaluations-Pharmacist” drop down.
- Complete the session evaluation. After submitting your session evaluation, your CE will be automatically uploaded to CPE monitor within thirty (30) days.
- Repeat steps 1 and 2 for each session you want to claim credit for.
Please note there will be a delay in the availability of updated transcripts in the NASP Education Center. For the most up-to-date information immediately after the event, please refer to CPE Monitor.
Poster Session (Pharmacist Only):
- Visit this website and log-in (upper right-hand corner)
- If you do not have an account, please click here and click on (log in) in the top right corner of the page, then “create new account” under “Is this your first time here?”. Complete your profile information and proceed to select the session(s) you would like to complete the evaluation for and claim CE credit.
- Select a poster session in which you would like to claim credit. Enter the access code in the box labeled “Session access code Enrollment key”. Log in to the NASP Education Center to view the posters and access the poster session access code Enrollment keys.
- Note: All poster sessions are located within the folder “NASP 2025 Poster Sessions” and will be available September 15th.

Continuing Nursing Education (CNE) Credit
Nurses have until October 8, 2025 to complete each session evaluation and claim CE credit. Please note there will be a delay in the availability of updated transcripts in the NASP Education Center.
Documenting Session Attendance
Nurses must document attendance for EACH session they attend to receive credit. Click here to sign-in and record your attendance after EVERY session.
Nurses:
- Select the session in which you would like to claim credit from the CE sessions list below.
- Complete the post-assessment and session evaluation for each session. After submitting your post-assessment and session evaluation, your CNE credit certificate of completion will be emailed.
- If you have any problems with receiving your certificate of completion, please contact Dannette Kizy (dkizy@uic.edu).
- Repeat steps 1 and 2 for each session you want to claim credit for.

Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Credit
CLE Accreditation: After the workshop, we will apply for up to 6.67 hours in 60-minute states/8.00 hours in 50-minute states of general continuing legal education credit in applicable U.S. jurisdictions, excluding Puerto Rico. Credit hours are estimated and are subject to each state’s approval and credit rounding rules.
To claim CLE credit, please complete the electronic Attendance Affidavit by September 21, 2025 which can be found here.
To receive CLE credit, attendees must complete the affidavit including the CLE attendance verification codes announced during each presentation. There may be more than one code announced. Please make note of each session code (codes are different for each session) as they will not be distributed later. Note: These codes are different from the CE code (session access code enrollment key).
CLE credit will be awarded only to those who return the form with the proper codes.

Depending on jurisdiction, the processing time for course approval is estimated to take between 4-12 weeks.
