This session is designed to Introduce, Educate, and Explore the art of Networking in a Professional setting, especially for recent graduates and young professionals. These groups often lack the confidences and experience in networking with those outside of their social circle. The session will include both an Educational and Practical component. We will give them tools, talking tracks, questions, and appropriate responses which we will use in a Practical Break-Out exercise near the end of the presentation. We will also discuss the art of Digital networking and how that has revolutionized the business world. Furthermore, we will focus on best practices using LinkedIn including When and who to contact, appropriate messaging and follow-up techniques, and how to build an All-Star Profile to improve to grow your network.
