Guillermo J. Sollberger is an accomplished CEO, entrepreneur, and advisor, who has dedicated his career to providing exceptional service for consumers. His approach has continually delivered outsized growth for shareholders across the healthcare, pharmacy, communications, and logistics industries. It is this uniquely tailored passion for customers that has, time and again, placed him at the forefront of exceptional patient care; and why he has consistently built teams that deliver industry leading service and ensure patients get the medication and support they need- when they need it. His strategic approach of focusing on optimizing how patients are served ensures that all commitments to them are met, from an inbound call to the secure delivery of life saving medication. This passion ultimately led Guillermo to ParcelShield, where he currently serves as a Board Advisor. His engagement with ParcelShield provides a unique opportunity to help all pharmacies deliver medications on-time and improve patient satisfaction. 

Guillermo’s healthcare and specialty pharmacy experience spans from the ground up and includes the early stages of founding a business, scaling, and transforming a founder led company, driving growth within private equity, and leading as an executive within Fortune 50 corporations. He has demonstrated success in leading teams across various disciplines, including, multiple national specialty pharmacies, specialty distribution, post-acute care, consumer engagement, payment integrity, logistics and technology. A strategic, innovative, and analytical leader, he is recognized for delivering consistent growth and return on investment, coupled with elevated patient and customer satisfaction. 

Prior to his present advisory role, Guillermo served as CEO of ParcelShield, COO for AllianceRx Walgreens Prime and held various executive roles for Prime Therapeutics, eviCore healthcare, MedSolutions, CuraScript, and Express Scripts. Before entering the health care industry, Guillermo held a senior leadership role for Sprint and later co-founded Soli Group, a business performance consulting firm. 

Guillermo earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida and a law degree from Florida A&M University College of Law. Guillermo and his wife Yadhira, along with their three children, reside in Orlando, Florida.
