Important health & safety updates for the NASP 2022 Annual Meeting & Expo
The NASP 2022 Annual Meeting & Expo is being held as an in-person event at the Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center in Orlando, Florida. Protecting the health and safety of our guests is absolutely our highest priority.
NASP expects conference attendees, sponsors, and exhibitors to comply with all CDC recommendations and be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. To best protect the health and safety of our guests, depending on the severity and state of the pandemic and current guidance and recommendations in September, conference attendees may be subject to the following:
- Mask mandate
- Social distancing to the extent possible
- Sanitizer stations
- Use of an application like “Clear” for proof of vaccination and booster
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccine booster or negative COVID test result within 48-72 hours prior to conference start
- Temperature scans upon entrance into the conference area
NASP continues to work with federal, state, and local health officials, in addition to the Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center, to strictly adhere to current rules and requirements established in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. The requirements for NASP 2022 Annual Meeting & Expo participation will be updated accordingly, communicated via email, and posted to our website. Conference registrants will be notified as new mandates, protocols, and guidelines become available.
