Christina Gervasi is Director of Public Policy at The McManus Group, where she heads up research and analysis, develops and executes strategies to promote clients’ public policy objectives, analyzing pending legislation and regulations and advocates for clients with Congress and the Administration.
Christina was most recently a Counsel at the American Intellectual Property Law Association where she assisted with its legislative agenda as well as conducted research and developed briefs for federal court actions. Prior she served as a Judicial Law Clerk at the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, Office of Special Masters where she managed cases pertaining to vaccine injury compensation. Additionally, Ms. Gervasi was a Patent Specialist at a litigation support company and interned at an intellectual property boutique law firm.
She received her LL.M. in Intellectual Property Law from The George Washington University Law School, her J.D. from University of Dayton and graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Cell and Molecular Biology from Tulane University. Christina grew up in Cleveland, Ohio. Ms. Gervasi is admitted to the bars of the State of Maryland and before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
